Surface preparation:
Contaminants which have a damaging effect on the paint or impair the adhesion to the surface must be removed. The surface must be clean, dry, stable, free of dust and grease. All rust and oxidation points must be removed. All metallic surfaces such as steel, iron, non-ferrous metals etc. must be primed. The primer used is WS-PUR-Acryl-Primer U 1100 or WS-Epoxy-Primer E 2030. Third-party products must be tested for compatibility.

Application:
The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. The best result is achieved by spraying. Stir well before use.

Drying Time:
Dust dry: approx. 30 minutes
Touch proof: approx. 60 minutes
Completely dry: approx. 5 hours
Oven drying: approx. 50 minutes at 60 ° C

Productiveness:
About 150 – 180 g / m². 250 g / m² result in about 80my dry layer
