Surface preparation:
Contaminants which have a damaging effect on the paint or impair the adhesion to the surface must be removed. The surface must be clean, dry, stable, free of dust and grease. All rust and oxidation points must be removed. All metallic surfaces such as steel, iron, non-ferrous metals etc. must be primed. The primer used is WS-Epoxy Zinc-Primer E 2021 or WS-Epoxy Primer E2030. Third-party products must be tested for compatibility.

Application:
The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. The best result is achieved by spraying. Stir well before use

Drying Time:
Dust-dry: approx. 60 minutes
Touch proof: about 2 hours
Recoatable: approx. 12 hours
Final hardness: after approx. 7 days
Oven drying: approx. 20 minutes at 80° C

Productiveness:
approx. 200 – 250g / m² result in approx. 80mμ dry layer
