Surface preparation:
Iron and steel surfaces must be clean, free of grease and dry (condensation moisture). 1K old paint, rust, scale or mill scale must be removed completely. 2-component old coatings must be sanded and degreased.

Application:
The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. All electrostatic methods are applicable. WS-Acrylic-Paints are mainly used by spraying. Stir well before use.

Drying time:
Dust-dry: approx. 15 minutes
Recoatable: 30 minutes
Touch proof: approx. 30 minutes
Completely Dry: about 1-3 hours
Final hardness is reached after approx. 2 days

Fertility:
180 g / m² per coat at 60mμ dry film thickness
