Surface preparation:
Iron and steel surfaces must be clean, free of grease and dry (condensation moisture). Also rust, scale or skin must be removed. In case of old coatings, adhersion and compatibility must be tested. If necessary, sand the surface.

Application:
The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. All electrostatically processes are possible. Stir well before use.

Drying time:
Dust-dry: approx. 10 minutes
Recoatable: Approx. 1 hour
Touch proof: approx. 1 – 2 hours
Completely dry: approx. 24 hours
Final hardness is reached after approx. 7 days

Productiveness:
180 g / m² per coat at 50my dry film thickness
