Surface preparation:
Contaminants which have a damaging effect on the paint or impair the adhesion to the surface must be removed. The surface must be clean, free of grease and dry. All rust and oxidation points must be removed. Sandblasting Sa 2,5 acc. EN ISO 8501 is recommended and is the basic requirement for a coating system according to EN ISO 12944.

Application:
The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. All electrostatic methods are applicable. Stir well before use.

Drying Time:
Dust dry: approx. 30 minutes
Touch proof: approx. 60 minutes
Recoatable: approx. 1-2 hours
Oven drying: forced drying is possible up to max. 120° C

Productiveness:
220 – 280 g/m². 250 g / m² result in 80my dry layer. Recommended minimum layer thickness 40 my.
