Surface preparation:
For hot-dip galvanized substrates, aluminum substrates, non-galvanized steel and old coatings, different pretreatments should be used. Please note the product data sheet for this.

Application:
The processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. All electrostatic methods are applicable. Stir well before use. For further information (dilution, injection pressure, etc.) please refer to the product data sheet.

Drying time:
Dust-dry: approx. 30 min.
Touch proof: about 3 hours
Recoatible: approx. 8 hours
Completely dry: approx. 8 days

Productiveness:
250 g per m² result in 80my dry film = the recommended minimum layer thickness. When used near the coast and with road salt loaded environment at least 160my are required.
