WS-Silan-Topcoat 4640 is a silicone resin stoving lacquer for steel and metal surfaces with temperature loads up to max. 800\u00b0 C. The final fully hardness is reached after heating for the first time to at least 180\u00b0 C. Also rust, scale or skin must be removed. WS-Silan Topcoat 4640 can be applied to itself after drying or later as a renewal coating.<\/p>\n<p>Application:<br \/>\nThe processing can be done by brushing, rolling, conventional or airless spraying. Stir well before use.<\/p>\n<p>Drying time:<br \/>\nDust-dry: approx. 60 minutes<br \/>\nTouch proof: about 3-5 hours<br \/>\nThoroughly dried: after exposure to heat of approx. 180 \u00b0 C (30 minutes heat). In order to avoid blistering when the heat load is too rapid, correspondingly long flash off times must be complied.<\/p>\n<p>Fertility:<br \/>\n130 g \/ m\u00b2 per coat at max. 40my dry film thickness.
